* Managing and delivering complex scope within the Transformation programme across the full development lifecycle.
* Managing and influencing stakeholders across the business at all levels

* Define the Delivery scope appropriately, employing techniques for scope traceability

* Establishing teams, in consultation with other parts of the organisation, to ensure efficient delivery and responsibility for the efficient running of these teams by setting project objectives and working within a matrix management environment.
* Communicating regularly with stakeholders and sponsors.
* Setting and managing stakeholder expectations on timelines and ownership of outputs at various phases.
* Working with our 3rd party partners, in particular FNZ to ensure creation and execution of a successful platform implementation plan and associated supporting documents.
* Coordinating activities and tasks among program teams, other internal departments and client or vendor/subcontractor organizations as needed to meet program goals
* Demonstrate effective use of suitable methods and lifecycles, including coaching to business teams and less experienced colleagues
* Mentoring and developing other members of the change team
