Key Responsibilities
Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to design customized solutions.
Drive business development, identifying and engaging prospective clients.
Prepare and present technical proposals and ROI analyses.
Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals.
Collaborate with engineering teams, suppliers, and project partners.
Provide post-sale technical support and client training.
Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
What We Are Looking For
Experience in technical sales, engineering, or project management within the renewable energy or HVAC sector.
Strong understanding of heat pump technology, thermodynamics, and district heating (preferred).
Ability to present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong numerical, analytical, and financial modelling skills.
Experience with CRM systems and engineering design tools such as AutoCAD or simulation software
