The Regional Partnerships & Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by securing and managing strategic partnerships within the education and skills sector. This role requires a strong focus on B2B sales, engaging with Colleges, employers, and government bodies to position courses effectively. The successful candidate will excel at both new business development and account management, driving revenue growth through consultative sales strategies. Key Responsibilities Identify, engage, and close deals with education providers and employers. Analyze regional skills needs and target key stakeholders. Develop relationships with FE Colleges to expand course offerings. Sell workforce training solutions to businesses. Collaborate with regional authorities and industry groups. Represent the organization at events and industry discussions. Required Skills & Experience Proven B2B sales experience, preferably within education, training, or workforce development. Strong understanding of the FE sector and skills funding. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
