Ventro are currently looking to recruit a Tenant Liaison Officer/Site Co-Ordinator to join our site team based in Worksop, Bassetlaw.
This is an immediate start on a self-employed/sub-contractor basis, and the works are ongoing, with the exact duration to be confirmed. This will be paid on a day rate basis.
You will be working alongside the project manager to ensure the smooth completion of fire safety works and you will be liaising with tenants and tradesmen on a daily basis.
Duties:
1. Working from on-site office
2. Booking appointments via phonecall & email
3. Accepting deliveries of materials
4. Tenant liaison – inform tenant of proposed works and be first point of contact for any questions/issues
5. Being a site contact and dealing with clients and contractors
6. Scheduling works
7. Administration responsibilities such as closing out actions and evidencing
8. Ordering materials
9. Keeping track of material stock levels
10. Co-ordination of subcontractors on site
11. HILTI app uploads and checks
12. Complete daily site register and checks
13. Ensure all staff are wearing correct PPE
14. Supporting the Project Manager with the day-to-day operations on site
15. Working closely with the Site Manager
Skills and Experience required:
1. Proactive approach
2. Tenant Liaison/Site experience (essential)
3. Ability to work independently
4. Access to a smartphone
5. Full clean driving license
6. Preferable to have a CSCS card (but not essential)
7. Preferable to have SMSTS or SSSTS (but not essential)
