You will join our Senior Leadership Team and lead the People and Culture Department to drive strategy, policies, and transformational change. You will play a key role in staff wellbeing, talent management, and delivering a first-class, cost-effective service that supports our 2024-2028 strategic plan. You will also be an expert advisor on people matters and shape a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
About you
You will be CIPD Level 7/Chartered MCIPD membership qualified with a strong expertise in employment law. You will also have proven experience in developing HR policies and strategies along with a track record of leading successful change management programs.
