We’re a small, specialist prestige car dealership looking for a talented and creative Social Media & YouTube Content Assistant – someone who can capture the vibe behind the brand, not just the vehicles.
While photography and social posts for our dealership are part of the role, another focus is on our separate YouTube channel – a lifestyle and story-driven space that reflects our passion for cars, people, and the journey behind it all.
Who We Are:
We're a tight-knit team running a small dealership with a handpicked selection of high-end vehicles. But beyond the showroom, we’re building something different – a YouTube channel that brings viewers into the world of prestige cars through behind-the-scenes stories, vlogs, road trips, and real talk. Think less "walkaround", more storytelling and personality.
The Role:
This is a hybrid content creator role where you’ll split your time between:
* Creating photography and short-form content for our dealership’s social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), and
* Driving the production of YouTube content – shooting, editing, and helping shape the tone, ideas, and narrative of the channel.
You’ll need to be confident creating authentic, engaging videos that feel real — with strong storytelling, solid editing, and a good eye for what people connect with.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Film and edit YouTube videos (vlogs, interviews, road trips, behind-the-scenes, lifestyle content)
* Help plan and script creative ideas that fit the tone of our channel
* Capture photos and clips of new cars for dealership listings and social content
* Shoot and edit short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) with a premium feel
* Post and manage content across platforms, and contribute ideas for growth and engagement
* Keep up with content trends, especially on YouTube and TikTok
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience filming and editing YouTube-style content (show us examples!)
* Strong video editing skills (DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
* Confident with a camera – both video and photography (having your own equipment is helpful but not essential)
* Great sense of storytelling and pacing
* Self-driven with ideas and initiative – you don’t wait to be told what to film
* Passion for content creation and a love of cars, even if you're not a petrolhead
* Bonus: you're comfortable on camera or behind the scenes asking the right questions
* A clean Driving Licence
