Salary: £54,000

We are recruiting a Site Manager for our client, a Dorset-based contractor.
The Site Manager's role is working within the residential, education, leisure, and commercial contractor sectors across Dorset.

Your new company:
This contractor has been successfully building for over 40 years. They cover a range of new build and refurbishment projects across two arms of the business (Construction and General works). The construction division manages schemes from £1-8 million, which includes bespoke homes, pub/restaurant refurbishments, and new build schools with local authorities. Boasting a current annual turnover of circa £10 million, they are now looking to grow the business and seek an additional Site Manager to join their team.
Your new role:
Currently, the Construction Division has two teams running separate multi-million projects within Hampshire and Dorset. Due to growth and winning contracts with new clients, they are looking to recruit a Site Manager.
What you’ll need to succeed:
To succeed in this role, you will need to be an experienced Site Manager who has worked for a contractor and possesses the personality to understand the demands and ethos of a privately owned company. The company is very ‘hands-on’ and practical in their operations, and your work ethic must reflect this. Ideally, your experience will be from a residential or commercial contractor/sub-contractor.
