Contributes to an exceptional resident experience by ensuring all aspects of the appearance of the community are presented to the proper standards by completing tasks to maintain common areas, amenities and grounds both in and outside of the buildings. Performs repairs and minor redecoration and assists with resident enquiries and parcel management, delivering a varied and rewarding role, Key Role Responsibilities Ensures cleanliness and waste management across the community, including waste removal and bin rotations. Responds to minor maintenance issues and directs residents to appropriate assistance when needed. Performs weekly PPM tasks such as flushing, fire alarm testing, and emergency light checks. Assists with compliance tasks in units and common areas. Prepares and maintains empty apartments and show flats for market readiness. Supports move-in/move-out processes and furniture relocation. Distributes notices, communications, and parcels to residents. Reports hazards or safety concerns to the Community or Assistant Manager. About You You must have strong English reading and writing skills for full compliance with safety labels and policies. Knowledge of UK health and safety requirements, proficiency in safe tool use, and prior experience in a customer-occupied role are essential. Your problem-solving ability, friendly communication, and comfort working in various weather conditions are key. Additionally, demonstrated skills in minor repairs and redecoration, particularly in joinery, plumbing, and glazing, are required for success in this role.
