Job Description
The key responsbilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk include:
3. Efficiently management and maintenance of the Accounts Payable function.
4. Timely processing of invoices and expense claims.
5. Reconciliation of supplier statements and with supplier query management
6. Preparations and processing of payment runs.
7. Assisting in monthly closings and prepare analysis of accounts.
8. Participate in financial audits.
9. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
10. Collaborate with other team members in the Accounting & Finance department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable should have:
11. An academic background in accounting, finance or a related field.
12. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
13. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
14. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
15. Ability to work independently and within a team.
16. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
