Permanent Part Time - 9 Hours per week Term Time Only TPLTSS3 £5,157 - £5,239 (actual salary) Plus various Company Benefits The Priory Learning Trust is looking to recruit a Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team at Priory Community School - An Academy. This role is diverse offering the opportunity to support in different areas across a school. You will carry out a range of activities that are not always prescribed or allocated daily but follow established work routines. You will be required to provide general business support and assist senior colleagues with specific activities. As part of this role, you will; Manage the input, maintenance and retrieval of all personal and collective data in respect of pupils and staff at the school, ensuring that confidential information is held securely, and providing reports where required. Maintain records and filing systems for accurate and easy retrieval. Place orders and check invoices before passing through for payment to assist monitoring budgetary spend, passing on queries so they can be resolved. The successful candidates will have; A qualification in Literacy and Numeracy equivalent to GCSE Grade A-C or Level 2, on the national vocational framework. Knowledge or experience of working in an office environment in established routines. Efficient office skills.
