This position is ideal for someone passionate about providing first-class payroll services, ideally CIPP qualified, and looking to support the personal development of the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing and managing a team of Payroll Administrators
* Delivery of an efficient and timely payroll
* Providing a best-in-class service to the wider business and developing and driving best practice within the Payroll & Pensions function
Desirable Skills and Attributes:
* Experienced Payroll & Pensions Manager, ideally with experience of LGPS
* Management of hybrid teams
* Pensions Management experience
