As the Fleet and Driver Manager, you will be responsible for the management and oversight of our fleet and drivers, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and customer service. This role is critical to maintaining our reputation as a leader in the luxury transportation industry.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Fleet Management: Oversee the maintenance, scheduling, and utilization of our fleet, including luxury vehicles and motor coaches. Ensure all vehicles meet safety standards and are in optimal condition for client services.
- Driver Management: Recruit, train, and supervise chauffeurs, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Maintain high standards for driver performance, safety, and customer service.
