Role Description: The role has two main functions: Resource Planning and Management Main POC for all agency headcount requests from the wider site team Site contact for all communications with agencies (in terms of headcount), including: escalations, invoicing, Purchase Orders, shift changes etc Facilities Management Main POC for all site requests from the wider site team Responsible for onboarding new suppliers and raising Purchase Orders for any works on site Housekeeping: small housekeeping team to report into the Site Support Manager. Responsible for a housekeeping process to be followed by all on site Consumables: responsible for maintaining stock levels and ordering replacements across the site (including packaging, pallets, shrink wrap, banding, etc) The successful applicant will receive a full handover of all current processed, contacts and have a full training programme. However, the candidate will have full autonomy to change and refine processes to make more streamline. Reporting To: Warehouse Manager Requirements: Good level of computer literacy – specifically with Microsoft Outlook and Excel Experience of managing workforce schedules Fully engaged and supportive of new ideas as well as implementing key working strategies to support the warehouse operation Ability to work relatively independently Strong organisational skills attention to detail Focused on raising the bar in warehouse standards Good to Have: Knowledge of working in a warehouse environment and leading an operational team Experience managing fast moving, frequently changing operational schedules Other details Job Family Manager Job Function Operations Pay Type Salary Job Start Date 26 March 2024
