Role Summary
Are you a visionary creative leader with a passion for crafting impactful and original work? We’re looking for a Creative Director with a strong art background and a deep understanding of ‘earned first’ creative to drive innovation, inspire, and elevate our creative output across multiple media channels. In this role, you’ll oversee the development of strategic, high-quality concepts while ensuring exceptional execution that aligns with client needs and brand strategy.
Please note, this is a full-time permanent role and our current hybrid working arrangement is two days from home. Our office is located in Kings Cross.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Leading the origination and delivery of conceptual ideas, guiding and shaping them with the wider team.
* Overseeing and producing high-quality creative work across various media, exceeding client expectations.
* Managing and mentoring, ensuring motivation, development, and high performance.
* Collaborating closely with Accounts and Strategic Teams to create innovative, on-brief, and results-driven pitches.
* Driving the design process from initial concept to final execution, ensuring work is delivered on time and on budget.
* Fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration across all teams.
