Job Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional leader to fill the role of OFSTED Registered Manager at our new SEMH children's home in Solihull. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a strong team, ensuring compliance, and creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
Main Responsibilities:
* Safeguarding: Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of children, adhering to Ofsted and statutory standards.
* Team Leadership: Develop and motivate a skilled staff team, driving excellence through coaching and mentoring.
* Care Provision: Design and deliver tailored care plans, focusing on education, social development, and therapeutic interventions.
* Operational Effectiveness: Manage resources efficiently, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, quality control, and budgetary management.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
* Diploma in Health & Social Care: Level 5 or equivalent.
* Managerial Experience: Proven track record as a Registered Manager in children's residential care.
* Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to build and motivate high-performing teams, drive results, and foster a positive work environment.
Salary Range: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum
