New Business Development Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven New Business Development Assistant to join our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities by proactively identifying and engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining the accuracy of our customer database.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Interpersonal skills to deal with various types of personalities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to build rapport quickly and influence over the phone
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and committed to achieving and exceeding goals
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and varied projects simultaneously
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in outgoing telephone-based work, or a similar role focused on appointment booking, or at least 6 months of sales experience
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools
Reporting Structure:
This position reports directly to the Commercial Manager.
