Vertu Mercedes Benz Fleet (Slough) Vertu Mercedes Benz are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join the team We are offering a basic salary of £26,000 per annum plus company benefits. You will be based from our Mercedes Benz of Slough dealership, and will have the flexibility for some hybrid working on a rota basis. You will play a key role in managing communication and operations for our vehicle fleet. You will oversee both front-line and back-office tasks, ensuring smooth order flow, deliveries, and reporting, while maintaining excellent customer service. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound emails with leasing companies, fleet managers, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication. You’ll oversee quote requests, requotes, and delivery arrangements while adhering to SLAs, and handle orders, cancellations, model changes, and withdrawals. You will also coordinate deliveries, obtain quotes, and address delivery-related queries and complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction. You’ll keep process guides up-to-date, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, and produce daily and weekly reports on the progression of vehicle orders. You will manage vehicle taxing, registration, invoicing, and allocation to ensure timely deliveries. Additionally, you will liaise with the PDI Centre, ensuring correct specifications and documentation prior to the delivery being scheduled. You will also coordinate repairs for damaged vehicles, manage demo vehicle deliveries, and process driver expenses. Month-end checks and report generation will ensure all costs are correctly allocated. To be successful in this role, experience in customer service and account management are key alongside great organisational and administration skills.
