Location: Little Hadham, Ware
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, paid lunch break)

Our client, a well-established food manufacturing company, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their team. This role is key to ensuring smooth office operations, covering customer service, order processing, transport coordination, and general administration.

Office Administrator – Responsibilities:
Process customer orders and respond to queries via email and phone
Coordinate dispatch, deliveries, and supplier communications
Maintain stock, production, and compliance records
Handle office administration, including ordering supplies and filing documents
Office Administrator – What We’re Looking For:
Must be a driver due to the remote location
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently
High attention to detail in data entry and order processing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Experience in logistics, stock management, or CRM systems is beneficial but not essential (training provided)
