About the opportunity: Support the Technical Management team by conducting technical appraisals and providing abnormal cost assessments for potential development land within specified timelines. Ensure, when requested, that the site is adequately serviced and suitable for construction. Liaise with statutory authorities, providing necessary documentation and drawings related to contracts and sites. Prepare detailed design programs and manage the production of information to ensure alignment with the company’s business objectives. Assist in managing Technical and Services budgets. About the benefits and rewards: The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. About the requirements: Engineering technical experience, preferably from an architectural consultancy or developer background. Must be fully proficient in AutoCAD LT Must have a thorough understanding of the Building Regulations & NHBC/Premier Guarantee warranty standards Full Driving Licence A minimum of 5 GCSE’s grades A-C Previous experience in the housebuilding or construction sector. Familiarity with fire remediation projects. Degree in relevant disciplines, such as architecture, design, planning, civil engineering, or the built environment is preferred.
