This is a great opportunity for highly flexible, personable and organised FoH/Patient Care Coordinator to be front of house at this relatively newly set up luxury healthcare clinic in the heart of Ascot. This role requires you to work with the practices' HNW clients and ensure that first-class customer service standards are always met. Candidates should be be highly organised and adaptable. Be able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, possess the ability to multitask and handle several clients at one time professionally and calmly. The role includes but is not limited to - Overseeing the Reception area Communicating with Clients over email and telephone Entering client details into the practices' database Meet and greet on day of consultation Overseeing invoicing and liaising with the finance department Liasing with the Bookings Administrator Start ASAP, Based in the office Monday to Friday (as it's a new set up you will need a high level of flexibility), healthcare, pension and discretionary annual bonus.
