Job Description:
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the college’s marketing and communications strategies to increase brand awareness, drive student recruitment, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders. The role involves a variety of tasks, including digital marketing, content creation, campaign management, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote the college’s courses, events, and initiatives.
· Manage and update the college website, ensuring content is fresh, engaging, and aligned with the college’s messaging.
· Plan, create, and distribute content across various channels, including social media, email newsletters, blogs, and print.
· Monitor and report on campaign performance and recommend strategies for improvement based on data analysis.
· Work with internal teams to design promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
· Support the organization and promotion of college events, such as open days, webinars, and conferences.
· Build relationships with external partners, including local businesses, media, and agencies, to increase the college's visibility.
· Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and industry best practices to continually improve marketing efforts.
Key Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
· Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in an educational or corporate setting.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
· Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
· Creative thinking with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Desirable:
· Previous experience working in higher education or within the UK education sector.
· Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
· Basic graphic design skills (experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
