We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Helpdesk Administrator to join our Facilities Management team at West Middlesex University Hospital in Isleworth. This is a 12 month fixed-term contract position working 40 hours per week from 14:00 to 23:00, Monday to Friday.
The role:
1. To provide a professional Helpdesk service to the Hospital and Equans E&S contracts
2. To receive calls in hours and out of hours with professional manner
3. To support the planned maintenance programme by printing off job dockets and returning to the system when complete
4. To provide a professional approach towards customers and their needs
5. To provide administration support to the department
6. Working 40 hours per week from 14:00 to 23:00, Monday to Friday with a one hour paid break.
The person:
7. Must have experience of providing excellent customer service, ideally on a helpdesk
8. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
9. Able to work as part of a team and autonomously
10. Must have good IT skills (able to use Microsoft Office and management systems)
11. Well organised and able to prioritise workload
12. Ability to multi-task in a busy work environment
13. Knowledge of a CAFM system (Maximo) desirable
