Key Responsibilities:
You will handle a broad range of private client matters, including but not limited to:
Drafting wills and providing will-writing services.
Advising on Court of Protection matters.
Estate and care fees planning to help clients protect their assets.
Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA).
Managing probate and estate administration.
Advising on charitable giving and trusts.
Providing guidance on inheritance tax planning and investment strategies.
Handling deputyship applications and related legal matters.
About You:
Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client law.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
Strong client-facing skills, with a focus on clear communication and empathy.
Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
Knowledge of inheritance tax and estate planning would be advantageous.
