As part of our HR Advice Line, you will provide essential ER advice and guidance to our stores, helping them navigate people management challenges and achieve their business objectives.
In this role, you will act as an internal consultant to store Partners and their management teams, offering best practice advice on a wide range of people issues. You will provide commercially focused guidance on disciplinary and grievance matters, performance issues, attendance, maternity & paternity, well-being, equality and inclusion, business change, and contractual matters. Maintain comprehensive records on our case management system and ensure service level agreements are met, also developing support materials, contribute to HR projects, and support the delivery of bespoke training in all areas of people management.
If you have a proven track record in dealing with employee relations issues, in-depth knowledge of employment legislation, and strong advisory, influencing, and coaching skills, we want to hear from you! Experience in HR consultancy and advising SME businesses is a plus. Level 5 CIPD or Chartered Member CIPD is desirable.
