We are looking for a Punjabi-speaking female support worker to provide high-quality, person-centered care to a client in Southampton who requires support in their preferred language.
This role is ideal for someone compassionate, reliable, and committed to helping others maintain their independence and well-being.
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and daily living assistance
Support with catheter care (full training provided)
Offer companionship and emotional support
Assist with light household tasks and meal preparation
Encourage independence and engagement in daily activities
Requirements:
Fluent in Punjabi and English (essential for effective communication)
A caring, patient, and professional approach
Right to work in the UK
Willing to undergo a DBS check (or already have one)
Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential full training provided
Driving is preferred but not required
