We’re working with a growing creative agency in Hebden Bridge looking to add a Client Growth Manager to their team.

They work with some big brand names and have grown to a good size.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining B2B relationships with current and future clients, working alongside the Marketing Manager. You’ll help to identify new business opportunities and convert these to drive growth, as well as working to grow existing clients and reactivate dormant clients. You’ll be able to work hybridly, with a minimum of 3 days to begin with while you settle in.
You
You’ll need to have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a B2B focused client growth role, ideally with a creative or marketing industry background. You should have a strategic and creative approach to developing business with proven experience of initiating and growing B2B partnerships. Personality wise, you should have an outgoing and vibrant personality, with the ability to engage with new and existing clients to market ideas, products, and services. Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve.
