They are now recruiting for a surgical orthopaedic Territory Sales Manager, covering the West Midlands (inclusive of Birmingham, Warwick, Coventry, Walsall, Worcester, Banbury), to join their team and make a difference in patients' lives.
Key responsibilities:
* Research, develop and execute territory business plans, achieving the fastest market growth.
* Exceed sales targets, gaining market share across the territory.
* Becoming an expert in the product portfolio.
* Lead in surgical procedures, supporting in case cover and clinical training.
* Continuous development, having an agreed development plan.
Experience:
* Must have surgical sales experience in the NHS.
* Proven experience in developing, managing, achieving and exceeding business plans.
* Full valid driving license.
* Eligibility documentation to work in the UK.
