A professional and industry leading fit out contractor who specialise in the fit out and refurbishment of office buildings and commercial premises within central London and the Home Counties are on the market seeking a Project Manager for their Small Works Division. With an array of projects based in Central London and the Home Counties, they are looking for experienced Project Managers who will be responsible for the daily management of our commercial fit-out projects ranging from £50K to £1M. Taking overall responsibility for the client journey from start to finish, you will have a track record of successful projects. You will enjoy variety, from managing a multi-disciplined team and subcontractors to overseeing the project programme, design, quality management and health and safety aspects of the project lifecycle. A natural people person and relationship builder, you will have strong communication skills and the ability to navigate the complexities of the project management process with precision and integrity.
