DASH launched in 2017 and has quickly become the market leading brand in a category that has grown over 150% YoY in the UK. DASH has an industry-leading DTC platform, and in 2024 will sell 35 million cans in 20+ international markets with notable retailers including: Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Waitrose, Ocado and COOP.

Job role:
We are looking for an exceptional copywriter and storytelling mastermind to take DASH’s marketing strategy to the next level. We want you to be the creative brains behind engaging and innovative content, and lead DASH’s new content team.
● Own the content strategy for all Marketing Campaigns and Product Launches; writing & developing high impact hooks and compelling copy
● Work in partnership with channel managers to write copy for emails, video scripts, billboards, TV Ads and everything in between; all while optimising for clear objectives
● Work closely with the design team to ensure creative consistency across all channels, while maintaining the DASH brand’s voice and tone
● Support relationships with external agencies & creators by helping to write clear briefs & engaging scripts, and offering constructive feedback on live projects
● Use the data provided to continuously refine and optimise copy & content, across all channels
● Manage the Social Media Content Creator to develop and produce original, engaging content across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Requirements
Experience we are looking for:
● 7+ years in a copy-led strategic creative role, with a focus on digital marketing for paid and organic channels
● Proven copywriting and storytelling skills
● Strong creative strategy experience and understanding of the marketing channel mix
● Experience making content with performance in mind, to continually improve its effectiveness
● Experience collaborating with agencies, freelancers, and content creators to deliver high-quality creative work
● Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience, with aspirations to lead a content team
● Confidence in presenting ideas to stakeholders and advocating for your creative vision
● Nice to have: Filming and editing video skills.
