Position:
An opportunity has arisen for an Admin Assistant on a fixed-term / secondment contract. Hybrid working will be supported.
What you will do:
You will assist in the provision of a comprehensive, confidential and coordinated service across the Public Protection Health Team.
You will handle highly confidential information regarding public protection matters (child protection and adult support and protection); manage telephone calls from various sources; co-ordinate public protection training for NHS staff and maintain various admin systems and processes.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
You must be educated to SVQ 3 level or equivalent; have excellent organisational and communication skills (both verbal and written); excellent knowledge in the use of computer software packages including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams and experience of using electronic health systems is desirable.
