Salary: £48,557 - £57,704, dependent on experience, including a basic salary and skills payment. Plus, a one-off recruitment bonus of £3,500 (£1,750 on arrival and £1,750 after successful probation). Opportunities for an increased skills payment of up to £19,113 after a successful skills assessment.

The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will solve mission-critical problems, contribute to system architecture and design, establish best practices, and deliver high-quality software products. You will leverage your knowledge of languages such as JavaScript, Java, C++, Node, Python, Rust, Go, and .NET, and operate at a deep technical level.
You will bring innovative ideas, share best practices, and possibly lead or mentor teams. Your role involves engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing the wider engineering community, and staying updated on emerging technologies.
About You
You have experience with modern languages and frameworks like C++, Golang, Java, JavaScript, .NET, Node, Python, Rust, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). You have led Agile teams, evaluated customer requirements, and communicate technical information confidently. We welcome professionals from related fields such as cloud engineering, security, UX, solution architecture, data engineering, or machine learning operations.
