Job Title: Cyber Delivery Lead (Capability Centre) Location: Preston or Frimley. Salary: Circa £65,000 What you’ll be doing: Working within a dedicated portfolio within EIT Cyber to manage the end-to-end project delivery of cyber initiatives to ensure that the needs of customers and users continue to be met, as well as ensuring financial and other benefits are achieved. Responsible for defining, planning & delivery activities; will form, collaborate and manage other multi-disciplinary teams to ensure implementation of effective cyber security across the organization. Will consolidate expertise from multiple sources, including third party experts, to deliver capabilities to further organisational objectives Supports and promotes the development and sharing of specialist knowledge within the organisation Your skills and experiences: Essential: Delivery of change or projects in an IT / Security environment Good experience managing project-focused risks & issues Formal project management training, preferably PRINCE2 Practitioner or APM (PMDY). At least a foundational understanding of Cyber Security fundamentals Experience of Continual Service Improvement and supporting methodologies such as Lean or ITIL. The team: A dedicated delivery portfolio within the EIT Cyber organisation, working alongside cyber security technical, service and assurance specialists to facilitate the implementation and continuous improvement of cyber tools, capabilities and services. This includes working with and managing both internal and external resources to support delivery through a product focused delivery employing agile project management techniques with the intent to mature and enhance our cyber security capabilities.
