Main duties of the job The post holder is an experienced clinician who, acting within their professional boundaries, will work flexibly and collaboratively with other members of the UTC team to provide care for the presenting-patient, from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment to evaluation of care within the urgent care setting. The post holder will demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnostic skills to manage patients out of hospital taking NHS 111 Direct booking calls to patients streamed to UTC.
