Routes to Work are an IBL organisation. What will a typical day at Routes to Work be like for you? You will lead on the design and direction towards the vision of on our engagement strategy. You will lead the Engagement Team, and you will be a member of the Leadership Team. You will have full responsibility for budget management and performance, whilst maintain existing partnerships and building new ones. Our engagement team Your team will be the face of Routes To Work in our local communities looking to identify, approach and engage residents who our services can support. This is the first, and at times most important, step for many journeys. The team look to make our services accessible and tailored to individual needs. They also work with local organisations to build wider partnerships and referral routes for people.
