HR ADVISOR - INITIAL 4 MONTH - INSIDE IR35
One of Loriens leading Public Sector Clients are looking for a highly experienced HR Advisor to join their team on an initial 4 month contract.
Essential Skills
* Experience of working within an HR environment providing support, advice and guidance on people related matters.
* Knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience of end-to-end case management, specifically of managing performance and absence cases.
* Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills including the capability to influence and negotiate with a variety of stakeholders.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines, within a fast-paced working environment.
* Experience of advising and managing recruitment processes.
* Membership of CIPD
Desirable Skill
* Experience of working within Civil or Public Sector HR.
* Experience of compiling and presenting reports and analysing data
* CIPD Level 5 in Human Resources Management qualification
