As a Milestone Site Supervisor Trainee Apprentice, you’ll be at the heart of the action and oversee various sub-contractors and operative activities, working across several workstreams within the business. The main duties and tasks of a construction site supervisor are the control of health and safety standards on construction projects, recording, control and reporting of progress on a construction project and the minimisation of the environmental impact of construction projects. Training And Qualifications HNC Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor through our preferred training provider Apprentices without level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking the end-point assessment Entry Requirements You must have the permanent Right to Work in the UK A Level DD or BTEC National Diploma PPP or Access to HE Diploma with 21 Merits or Level 3 Apprenticeship in related subject or Equivalent level 3 qualifications worth 64 UCAS points 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English (C or above) or equivalent (reformed GCSEs grade 4 or above) What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship? As a Milestone Trainee Apprentice, you will be recruited on a permanent contract and after completing your apprenticeship you will be promoted into the business. You will also have further development opportunity through professional qualification or training courses. Key Responsibilities Assisting with daily briefings Managing the operatives Undertaking site visits Completing audits on site, ensuring Health and Safety is not being compromised Skills And Experience Driving License is desirable An offer of employment for this role will be subject to a satisfactory DBS Check.
