Overview
Horizonscan Limited is a consultancy business specialising in resilience, crisis management, risk management, and business continuity. We are employee-owned, and our purpose is to make organisations more resilient. Reporting to the Head of Consultancy, you will join a high-performance team of consultants and help support the delivery of business continuity, crisis management, risk management, and organisational resilience services to our clients. We work with pharmaceutical, manufacturing, medical products, clean power, universities, charities, infrastructure, technology, and food sector clients.
About you
We are looking for an experienced individual to complement and enhance our growing team. To meet our requirements, you must:
* be a highly motivated individual with a strong passion for problem-solving and possess a growth mindset
* be a team player with excellent people skills
* be capable of and enjoy international work and travel as this forms a core part of the role
* bring relevant experience from the private or public sector and or a degree in a related field
We are particularly interested in people from the emergency services or those with local authority or private sector resilience, business continuity, emergency planning, disaster management, ISO standards or auditing experience.
