National Account Manager – Grocery & High Street Hybrid – Brighton 2 days per week MKJ Ignite is on the hunt for a National Account Manager (NAM) to join a fast-growing, mission-driven health & wellness brand shaking up the supplement industry. With a unique, science-backed product range and a commitment to delivering nutrition in its most natural, bioavailable form, this business is redefining the category. With 90% YoY growth, a thriving DTC business (75% of sales), and a rapidly expanding retail presence (25%), they need a NAM to support key grocery & high street accounts. You’ll play a vital role in managing relationships with Holland & Barrett, Sainsbury’s, and Planet Organic, while driving growth and supporting the wider retail strategy. What you’ll be doing: Supporting the SNAM & Head of Sales in delivering the retail sales plan and achieving growth targets. Managing key customer relationships, ensuring strong partnerships with retail buyers. Executing JBPs & promotional plans to maximize sales opportunities. Tracking & analyzing sales performance, providing insights and recommendations. Collaborating across teams – working closely with Ops, Brand, and DTC to align strategies. Contributing to retail expansion – identifying new opportunities to grow the brand’s footprint. What we’re looking for: 3 years of sales experience in health & wellness or FMCG. Strong account management experience with a track record of delivering results. A commercial mindset – confident with numbers, P&Ls, and spotting growth opportunities. A relationship-builder who thrives on engaging with retail partners. A team player who can collaborate across departments. A passion for health, wellness, and pioneering better nutrition.
