Role Overview
You will join a well-established team helping to make a difference to other people’s lives. Offering assistance to the Deputy and Head of the Court of Protection team to deal with their high valued cases.
Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor with the following characteristics:
- Successful candidates will have experience working within a Court of Protection
- Manage your own caseload of clients who need assistance managing their property and financial affairs.
- Have an understanding of the Mental Capacity Act 20005, the Mental Capacity Code of Practice and Court of Protection Rules.
- Must be organised and work to deadline.
- Have a genuine interest for this area of law.
