We are seeking a Product Manager with a technical background that is customer focused and is biased toward action. In this role you will take responsibility for an entire area within the DEEP product space, working with functional teams and UX to set the vision, tenets, strategy, and roadmap for your space. Key Responsibilities: As a DEEP Product Manager you will be responsible for working closely with customers, advisors, and internal functional teams to define and evolve the vision for your products. You will work with stakeholders across the company to gather and document requirements. You will prioritize features and create ambitious but achievable roadmaps. You will work closely with functional teams to ensure resultant designs are in line with requirements. You will define acceptance criteria and user acceptance testing processes for your products. You will monitor the execution of new product and feature launches to ensure they meet expectations. You will manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs which balance the business needs and technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences. Post launch, you will analyze customer feedback and usage metrics to identify key pain points and ensure appropriate levels of product quality and performance. You will define the product metrics that ensure successful use of our products by our customers, and once your products are launched, report on those metrics regularly. You will contribute to a Product team culture of experimentation and innovation. Most importantly, you are capable of rolling up your sleeves as necessary to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet DEEP’s high standards of quality. Required Experience, Qualifications and Skills: Experience typically associated with 5 or more years in a product design and development. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field. Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition. Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders. Ability to prioritise well, communicate clearly, and effectively influence cross-functional teams. Ability to travel up to 10% Preferred qualifications: Experience usually associated with 10 or more years within a relevant role and an advanced level technical degree or equivalent.
