We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our gas repairs and maintenance team based out of our Dartford, Kent office. Job Purpose Are you an experienced Administrator able to manage a variety of procedures and tasks If so, we'd strongly encourage you to consider joining Rydon's maintenance team as an Administrator. This team is responsible for providing gas/boiler repairs, boiler servicing and installations in domestic and commercial properties. We look after more than 9,000 residential properties across our portfolio and a growing number of NHS Trusts. Working as part of a team, the successful candidate will carry out administration duties for our boiler installation programme. Some of the key duties will include; Booking of installation appointments with tenants and re-arranging works where necessary, scheduling the daily timetables for our in house team of engineers and resolving customer queries or providing advice pre and post installation. In addition to liaising with tenants and engineers, the role is also responsible for purchasing of parts and equipment, and arranging access on site for these, along with any hire plant with suppliers and subcontractors. You will apply for the necessary boiler installation certificates and ensure further certification is completed upon installation. You will ensure records are updated, keeping our CRM system (Planet FM) and our other databases up to date. Experience Required The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience of working as an Administrator with a maintenance contractor. It is preferable that this experience will have been gained within a gas/boiler repairs or planned service although candidates who can demonstrate strong administration experience in other disciplines as well as the ability to organise and prioritise workloads will also be considered. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate excellent customer service skills, strong written and verbal communications skills, excellent attention to detail and be able to use Microsoft Office packages (such as Outlook, Word and Excel).
