3. Liaising with the Headteacher and Senior Management of the school to ensure that all concerns are addressed quickly and efficiently, and that any documentation or papers that need to be actioned by the headteacher are done so.
4. Dealing with sensitive information and paperwork, sometimes relating to children and safeguarding or welfare issues.
5. Answering calls and occasionally dealing with queries from parents, other staff members, or pupils and escalating when necessary to bring these to the attention of the head.
6. Taking responsibility for ordering equipment for the office staff as required.
7. Answering the telephone and responding to parents via email as well as stepping in to complete ad-hoc tasks as needed.
This is a full-time, permanent position, 5 days a week, 8 am - 4 pm, Monday - Friday.
