About A Class Care: A Class Care is an award winning Live in Care provider that provides Block care/support, Live in and Night Care services enabling our clients to remain in their homes for longer. We offer an individually tailored, high-quality home care across Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire. You will be responsible for : Providing personalised care planning. Ensuring compliance and quality across the services. Managing medication documentation in services. To carry out reviews of our person-centered Care Plans to ensure these are always up to date. Maintaining the rostering system. Liaising with other agencies including the CCG and Social Services. Our Ideal Candidate: Must be good at problem solving and like a challenge. Excellent attention to detail. Has a great client-focused passion. Able to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work independently and part of a team providing customer-focused care at all times. Previous experience gained within a Care Setting is ideal. Our Requirements: Able to drive, and holds a full clean UK Driving License due to the travelling involved. (use of company pool car available for work related tasks) Experience working with Microsoft Packages.
