Apprenticeship Assessor for Business Administration, Leadership and Management
Are you passionate about empowering the next generation of leaders? We’re looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join our apprenticeship team, working with learners undertaking Leadership & Management programmes.
You’ll have the autonomy to shape your delivery—running small-group online and in-person workshops, assessing learner progress, and creating engaging, dynamic content that really makes a difference. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid management experience and a strong understanding of apprenticeship standards.
What you’ll do:
1. Deliver engaging training sessions and assessments (virtual and face-to-face)
2. Design schemes of work aligned with apprenticeship standards
3. Support learners from onboarding through to End Point Assessment
4. Collaborate with employers, line managers and internal quality teams
5. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with awarding body standards
What you’ll bring:
1. A background in management, leadership, or business administration
2. Experience tutoring and assessing apprentices (ideally with A1/CAVA/TAQA)
3. Strong communication, organisational and IT skills
4. Passion for learning, with a learner-first mindset
Nice to have: Experience in NHS or Primary Care settings and familiarity with Aptem.
