FRS are recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a SME manufacturing business based in Smethwick.
Candidates MUST have used Sage previously and hold 2-3 years' experience within a similar role (SME business & Purchase Ledger duties). Alongside this, candidates must be happy with an office-based job role, Monday to Friday on site in Smethwick. The business can offer a salary in return of circa £25/26k.

Duties Will Include
* Process purchase invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
* Prepare payment runs and ensure payments are made on time
* Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
* Communicate with suppliers to resolve payment issues and discrepancies
* Maintain accurate records of all transactions in the purchase ledger
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of invoices
