Come and join our friendly therapy team which consists of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Pharmacy Technicians and Senior Rehabilitation Assistants.
Main duties of the job
1. To work as an integral member of the Community Rehabilitation Service providing effective support to Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and any other team members.
2. To work with patients undertaking therapy/rehabilitation programmes to support and encourage them to achieve their optimum level of independence and quality of life, as directed by team therapists.
3. To work with patients in a range of community locations, including in their own homes, community hospitals and care homes, with overall supervision from rehabilitation professionals.

Qualifications
* NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Healthcare.
Experience
* NHS or care experience.
* Rehabilitation and manual handling experience.
Additional Criteria
* Must be a UK car driver with a valid licence.
