About the Role
:
As a Building Maintenance Senior Supervisor, you will be working alongside Havering Council in our Social housing background, providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.
A Building Maintenance Senior Supervisor will be part of a local team supporting the supervision activities and requirements of our Housing operations, ensuring all supervisory procedures are being undertaken efficiently in compliance with Company operating procedures, deliver best in class customer service, whilst satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards relating to budget, profitability, and resource deployment.
1. Supervising Voids team
2. Supporting Supervisor and Planner ensuring the smoot running of the team
3. Subcontract and DLO management to complete the works
4. Talking with the client and attending meetings
5. Partnership working with the client
Role Criteria:
6. Good Technical and Operational Experience
7. Worked with Void or Planned within social housing
8. Repairs and maintenance experience
9. Experience with complex repairs
10. Line management experience
11. Good Organisational skills
12. Good customer Service skills
