You will be mainly communicating with customers over the telephone and email prioritising each query and ensuring service level agreements are exceeded and an excellent representation of the business is provided. The role will be working in a busy environment will be a range of queries you will be responsible for and will be working closely with other members of the business to provide a seamless experience.
