Accounts Assistant
This is a wonderful opportunity to join an established travel company in their small, friendly accounts team as an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis with the primary responsibility being purchase ledger. This is a Monday-Friday role 9am-5pm with a salary of up to 27,000
Accounts Assistant - Role & Responsibilities:
* Process and approve invoices and maintain purchase ledger for overseas destinations and the specialist travel team
* Query invoices with managers and suppliers
* Monitor, action and redirect emails as appropriate
* Purchase ledger statements
* Ad hoc posting of payments and allocation
Accounts Assistant - Experience Required:
* Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable experience
* Strong numeracy skills
* Ability to maintain clear and accurate financial records
* Analytical approach to problem solving
* Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
* Excellent eye for detail and accuracy skills
* Sage would be an advantage but not essential
