A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work at Land Rover in Newbridge as an experienced Service Advisor.

The Role as Service Advisor
* Evaluate customer needs on servicing or repair requirements, in line with Vehicle Health Checks.
* Ensure the customer is aware of all applicable costs and the progress of repairs in a timely manner, competently handling objections.
* Coordinate internally with the workshop colleagues to progress the vehicle through the service process.
* Deliver exceptional customer service in order to achieve the customer satisfaction set objectives whilst adhering to the manufacturer standards and dealership procedures.
* Maintain accurate customer details to ensure the customer database is up to date.
* Up-to-date knowledge on additional products and services is essential.
* Work in line with all service and warranty policies of both group and manufacturer.
Skills & Experience We Know Will Help Service Advisors Succeed in This Role
* Previous customer service experience is preferable.
* Deliver first-class service to achieve company and manufacturer objectives.
* Self-motivated with experience of achieving targets.
* Confident and professional communication skills.
